The Graduate School as a center for professional development and a source of change envisions highly-educated human resources of Region I equipped with a broad-based academic knowledge-oriented in a national and international perspective.

The MMSU Graduate School dedicates itself to the development of competent leaders with a high standard of moral, spiritual, socio-cultural and aesthetic values, capable of spearheading development-oriented initiatives through instruction, research, extension, and production to uplift the quality of life.
