ABOUT THE GRADUATE SCHOOL

The Graduate School (GS) exercises administrative jurisdiction over all graduate programs of the University.  It aims to develop the students’ critical inquiry and independent research for advanced knowledge and develop competence for professional leadership.

The GS is headed by a Dean who is assisted by a College Secretary. The University President designates them.  Meanwhile, the Deans of the different colleges assist the GS Dean in supervising the programs under their jurisdiction.  On the other hand, the Program Chairs are directly responsible for the monitoring of the academic undertakings of their respective programs. They serve as the liaison of the college with the Office of the GS. Program Advisers are assigned for programs with more than two specializations.  The Program Advisers assist their respective Program Chairs in the supervision of the graduate programs.
